Semi-private Personal Training
These sessions are perfect for beginners or those who have been inactive for more than 6 months and want a little more one on one attention to get back into it. These sessions work best if you come with a friend or loved one to keep each other accountable. We would also suggest this class for those who may have injuries that prevent them from performing certain exercises. While you will still sweat and lose weight, this level class will spend a little more time on explaining the exercises to ensure correct form.
