Pilates Mat classes use your body weight as resistance. Exercises are performed on a cushioned mat on the floor in a series to warm up the body. We focus on core strength, improving spine mobility and overall body balance.
Props such as foam rollers, weight balls, stability balls, Pilates circles and flexi-bands may be included for added variety, toning, resistance & challenge!
