Breathe & Meditation classes incorporate meditation & movement to practice overall mental clarity while revitalizing the body and soul. We will be creating mindfulness in your busy life. We include breathing styles to calm and balance, gentle movements to unwind the body so you can be comfortably still, all while being guided in meditation techniques. Other Mind & Body classes focus on stretching & foam rolling to ease aches & pains, as well as relax the mind. Engagement in these practices helps with overall mental clarity, improves sleep and is associated with decreased anxiety and depression levels.
