Strength training will allow you to perform everyday activities like climbing stairs and getting out of a chair with greater ease, and with less risk of falling, which can improve your quality of life. This class focuses on strength training exercises for seniors, including exercises to strengthen your knees, hips and legs, arms, shoulders, back, and core.

Have the flexibility of attending any Chair Pilates class you want, when you want it. Class packs are good for up to one-year.

10-Class Packs ($12/class) - $119.99

20-Class Packs ($10/class) - $199.99

If you come to Bayview Studio Fitness more than 3 times a week you may want to consider a monthly unlimited membership which allows you to come to any active aging fitness class we offer as much as you want. Monthly memberships are $149.99 and are auto billed to your Credit Card. We also offer annual memberships, please inquire with us at the studio.
