4 Weeks, 3x/Week: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6am.
Each class will focus on a full body workout ending the class with a foam roller rollout from head to toe. We end with a short Meditation to allow you to set your intention for the day ahead.

Pilates Mat classes is where you begin your Pilates journey. Through a series of floor exercises using resistance bands, fitness rings, and stability balls the workout helps to build better posture, stronger core muscles, stable joints, and increased flexibility and mobility all while giving your body a long, lean look. Don’t be shy! Modifications are always provided for an easier or more challenging workout!
Every body is different, and that means everyone’s abilities and requirements are different when it comes to exercise. Your personal trainer will ensure you achieve maximum results at your desired pace.
Reformer & Stability Chair
Regular one-on-one Reformer & Stability Chair conditioning will restore natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and improve self-confidence resulting in a balanced and aligned body.
Yoga is a practice of self study and self inquiry. Through physical, mental and breath based practices, we learn more about the self. We find acceptance, ease and discipline. It’s a practice of interweaving the movement or stillness of the physical body with the workings of our mind, ego and spirit. The aim is to reveal how to be with ease, happiness and joy.
